Where is your yarn sourced?

We source from UK based wholesalers with a focus on sustainability. Some of these are also local businesses who have similar goals to us.

Why are there no products on your website?

We release our products in batches, every Sunday. We spend all week dying, then release them in one batch. So get in there quick if you want to secure yourself a high quality bargain!

Who dyes the yarn?

We do! Each skein is lovingly hand dyed by a husband and wife duo. As we grow we may look to include more people in the process to help make our goal a reality.

How quickly will my yarn arrive after I order?

After Sunday's release, we box and ship the orders on Monday and Tuesday. We send all parcels via Royal Mail with your choice of Tracked24 or Tracked48. So you should receive your yarn within up to 4 days of ordering.
